Dr. Scott Barnett graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham in 1986.
He continues to advance his knowledge of dentistry with regular dental training and other forms of education. Dr. Barnett has received advanced training in dental implants from the Atlanta Institute of Advanced Dental Studies, training in orthodontics for general dentists, and Invisalign certification.
He has been practicing in the Pell City, Alabama area since 1998.

Dr. Barnett’s goal as a dentist is to provide a comfortable, modern facility in which people in his community can access the dental care they need and desire. He says, “I want the fearful to feel safe, the high maintenance to be satisfied, and all patients to achieve their optimum dental health.”
When not in the office, Dr. Barnett enjoys basketball, disc golf, boating, and water skiing.
Dr. Chijioke Ulasi obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and her Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health in Birmingham, Alabama. She completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.
Dr. Ulasi is trained and certified in dental implants. She keeps abreast of new knowledge, techniques, technologies, and treatments available. Dr. Ulasi provides a comprehensive range of services:
cosmetic, restorative, implant, surgical, endodontic, preventative, denture, and Invisalign® clear aligner therapy to promote health and create smile makeovers.
Her goal is to promote general and oral health, restore smiles and confidence, and restore function and esthetics in a safe and caring manner.
Dr. Ulasi is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
